The Little Church That Could . . .
North Turner Union Presbyterian Church was imagined, planned and built by the women of North Turner more than 125 years ago. Their dedication was to God, their family and their community. The church continues to function with these core beliefs. When the church was nearly closed 10 years ago, the people rose up, the community came together and said a collective "no." That dedication and determination brought our little country church back from the brink and now the Presbyterian governing bodies frequently use North Turner as an example of what can happen when people work together. We are "the little church that could!"
Our Mission Statement
North Turner Union Presbyterian Church is a community of Christian people of all ages who join together to love, worship and serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; who seek God’s will and guidance for the work of
the church and for our lives; who share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Good News of God’s love, forgiveness, peace, joy and everlasting life; and where all who join with us, feel the abundance of God’s presence and know they are welcomed and cared for.
